In 2007 when we made the difficult decision to downsize from our dream home: a luxurious 6 bedroom, 7 ½ bath in the Las Olas Isles, we selected Julie Jones of Premier Estates Realty to assist us with the sale. We charged Julie with the near impossible task of selling our home within three months, not only did she readily accept but made good on her word and sold our house in just under the requested deadline. During the process, Julie kept us abreast of market trends, forecasts and provided detailed reports after each showing. It is not surprising that in October of last year, less than 12 months after the sale of our house, when we decided divest our 3 bedroom, 4 bath ocean front condominium and required that it be sold before the end of that year, we again turned to Julie. Needless to say we were not disappointed, in spite of the many beach condos for sale within a 5 mile radius, we closed on our condo before Christmas.
